Waterfall Valley Education uses the details you send through this website to respond to your enquiry, provide information about the project and discuss a possible visit or joining date.
What the form collects
The enquiry form asks for your name, email address, children’s ages, message, when you are considering joining and whether you live in Portugal or plan to move here. Send only the information needed for this initial conversation.
Where your message goes
Your enquiry is saved in the website’s database and is available to authorised project administrators through the protected Admin Portal. An optional email notification uses Web3Forms, an external form-delivery service. The enquiry can remain saved even if that email notification is unavailable or cannot be confirmed.
Questions, corrections and deletion requests
Contact us if you would like to ask what enquiry details we hold, correct them, request their deletion or ask how long they are kept. We may need to confirm that the request comes from the person concerned before sharing or changing a record.
